Contact DebitMark
A clear reply starts with a clear question.
Email, phone or WhatsApp — whichever suits you. We aim to reply within one business day. Please do not send confidential records until a secure method has been agreed.
Reach us directly
All three go to the same place. Use whichever is easiest — there is no form to complete first.
Email
contact@debitmark.comBest for a detailed question. A few lines about the entity, the work and the timing is usually enough to answer properly.
Phone
+91 84487 65808Best for a short question about fit or availability. If the call is missed, a message with your name and firm will get a call back.
WhatsApp
Message on WhatsAppBest for a quick back-and-forth. Please keep documents and credentials out of the chat.
What to expect, and when
Nothing is billed and nothing is committed until a written scope is agreed.
- A reply within one business dayWe aim to review a complete enquiry and respond within one business day. If the answer needs more detail than an email can carry, we will suggest a call.
- An honest read on fitIf the requirement sits outside this scope — statutory audit, tax audit under Section 44AB, certification or any assignment needing a separately appointed eligible professional — we will say so rather than take the work.
- A scope conversation, not a pitchThe first conversation covers entities, registrations, volumes, systems, deadlines and the present problem. You do not need to prepare financial statements for it.
- A written proposal before anything beginsDeliverables, responsibilities, exclusions, timing and fee are set out in writing. Work starts only after that is agreed.
Please do not send these yet
Email, phone and WhatsApp are ordinary public channels. Until a secure method has been agreed, keep the following out of any message to us:
- PAN, Aadhaar or other identity documents
- Bank details, statements or payment credentials
- GST, income-tax or other portal logins and OTPs
- Financial statements, ledgers or payroll files
- Employee personal data
A short description of the business and the problem is enough to begin. If a scope review progresses, a separate secure channel is agreed before any records change hands. See the privacy policy for how enquiry information is handled.
Prefer to be guided through it?
The finance-scope assessment asks the questions we would ask on a call — entities, registrations, volumes, systems and timing — so the first reply can be specific. It takes a few minutes and there is no budget field, because the fee should follow the actual scope.
Already a client? Use the secure channel agreed during onboarding rather than a public form.
