Aashish Tiwari has worked across accounting, accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, financial close, audit support, budgets, forecasts, technical accounting and process automation.
That experience spans Indian and US-facing finance work, including lease accounting, foreign-currency matters and management reporting, in systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books, Tally Prime, Power BI and advanced Excel.

When another professional is required
Some work has to be done by someone independent.
DebitMark does not present independent advisers, software providers or auditors as partners, and does not describe them as part of the firm.
Independent auditor
Separately appointed for audit, attestation and the independent opinion. That responsibility stays with them and cannot be shared.
Legal or secretarial adviser
Separately appointed where a matter requires reserved legal or company-secretarial work.
Technology specialist
Introduced only where a systems implementation needs dedicated expertise beyond the finance scope.

Capacity can expand without diluting accountability.
These are the commitments a second and third person would be brought in under. They describe an intended standard, not an existing structure.
