Assess
We review the entities, records, systems, deadlines and the decisions the finance process must support.
How we work
The process is designed to make responsibilities visible before deadlines begin. Historical gaps are separated from recurring work, and every regular output follows an agreed sequence.
The first five stages
No reporting date is promised until the opening position and transition work are understood.
We review the entities, records, systems, deadlines and the decisions the finance process must support.
You receive a written scope covering deliverables, responsibilities, frequency, exclusions and fee.
Opening gaps are separated from recurring work and resolved through an agreed transition plan.
Monthly work follows a fixed input, preparation, review and reporting timetable.
Once the core process is dependable, we improve reporting, controls and selected finance decisions.
The recurring month
Dates depend on scope. The order does not change, because each stage relies on the one before it.
Records and explanations arrive by the agreed cut-off.
Entries, reconciliations, returns and schedules are completed.
Material movements and open items are checked before issue.
Final outputs and pending actions are shared on the agreed date.
Management decisions, owners and due dates are recorded.
Responsibility map
The proposal states who provides the input, who prepares the output, who reviews it and who approves or files it.
Operating standards
The agreed accounting system and supporting schedules remain the basis of reporting.
Missing records and unresolved items are listed. They do not disappear inside a report.
Material outputs are checked before they are treated as final.
A new requirement is added only after timing, responsibility and fee are agreed.
No financial records are required in the public enquiry form. We will ask for detailed information only after the initial fit discussion and a secure next step.
