What changes the fee
Separate entities, GST registrations and reporting sets create additional recurring work.
Volume matters, but fragmented systems and manual reconciliations often matter more.
Historical clean-up is assessed separately from a stable recurring process.
A tighter reporting date requires earlier client inputs and a more controlled review process.
Statements, MIS, forecasts and senior decision support involve different levels of work.
Project and custom work
Historical clean-up, system migration, due diligence, complex modelling, notice work and group-reporting projects are reviewed separately. The proposal states the output, timetable, assumptions and fee.
